    The simple answer is no. There is no set timeframe for grieving; everyone grieves in their own time.
  • Is it possible to grieve too long?
    There is no specific time limit for the grieving process, but there is a healthy limit for mourning. It is important to deal with grief in a healthy way, and if mourning persists for too long, it may be a sign of prolonged or complicated grief.
  • Will I ever get over the loss of my loved one?
    Grief never ends, but we can change the perception of grief to use it as a tool to appreciate the lost loved ones in our lives.
  • I feel like my life has ended, and I feel hopeless. Should I be worried?
    These feelings are often normal but should not be taken lightly. Contact a friend, coach, or counselor, or call the suicide hotline in your location. There is always an answer, even when we feel hopeless.
